Beds, Bedding, and Furniture for Varagavan Kindergarten

Located 182 km from Yerevan in the Tavush region of Armenia, the village of Varagavan (Վարագավան) has 690 residents living in 225 households. The villagers’ main source of income is agriculture and livestock. The village has one school (1-12 grade) with 80 students and a kindergarten with 25 children.  The kindergarten was being renovated in early 2019, with a completion date of August 2019. In order to aid in their reopening, FCN provided the donation of beds with bedding and furniture. With this project, we are providing the village’s kindergarteners the opportunity to learn, grow, and play in a safe environment, promoting healthier and safe environment for growth for years to come.
