Windows & Heaters Project for Debed School

Debed Secondary School is located in the village of Debed in the Lori province of Armenia. There are 120 students enrolled. The winter months were extremely hard on the students and faculty of the school, as the facility had a poor, broken heating system and old windows that were in desperate need of replacement. Though renovation projects are not something that FCN normally takes on, we concluded that it was absolutely necessary to help when we were approached by friends of FCN, who were sponsors searching for an organization’s help to execute this project. Because of this project, the school’s windows and heating system have entirely been replaced and upgraded, providing a better quality of life for children and faculty who attend this school.
