Furniture for Aygepar Village Kindergarten

During the July conflict of 2020, Aygepar Village Kindergarten, a bordering village, was one of the structures attacked by shelling via the Azerbaijani army. This kindergarten has a special place in our hearts and is on our radar, as we have previously donated beds to the kindergarten in 2015. After the attack, Paros Foundation put an emergency reconstruction fund in place and vowed to rebuild the school, which they had remodeled once before in 2018. The renovation work is now complete, and we have replaced all the furniture that was old and damaged, as well as provided additional necessary pieces, such as a teacher’s desk, chairs, bookshelves, and a blackboard. For FCN, projects are technically never considered “complete” — our vow and commitment to the kindergartens we service is to maintain what we have provided and to be ready to assist in any way that we can at all times.
