A Playground for Deghdzavan Village

Deghdzavan (Armenian: Դեղձավան) is a village in the Tavush Province of Armenia, located at a road distance of 220 km from the capital Yerevan. The village has 94 households. The sole school (1-9 grade) in the village has 54 students and the kindergarten is home to 28 children. The village has a total of 82 children between the ages of 3-14 years old.  Although the school and kindergarten are renovated and finished, the community was lacking a safe playground.  The community leader requested a playground for all the children of the village, so the children can have a safe environment to play and grow up healthy.
