Arevashogh Rural Community in Lori Province, located 100 km from Yerevan, has a population of 2,517 people with 837 households. The community’s livelihood primarily relies on young men working abroad, while those who stay are engaged in agriculture, animal husbandry, beekeeping, trading, and other jobs. Women are responsible for household chores, agriculture, animal husbandry, and beekeeping.

The village has one school with 334 students and a kindergarten with 60 children. The “Hasmik” kindergarten previously needed a playground, which prevented children from playing outside. With 90 children in the community aged 3-5, 30 children were unable to attend due to a shortage of space. The community resolved to construct additional rooms for three groups, which now allows these children to attend.
