Ohanavan (Armenian: Օհանավան ) is located in the Aragatsotn Province, 25 KM from Yerevan.
Ohanavan has an estimated 2634 residents living in 680 households. The economy of the town is predominantly based on agriculture and farming.
391 students attend the village’s sole school (1-12 grade), and the kindergarten is second home to 100 children. They renovated a class in 2021 and needed furniture for 34 students. Additionally, they needed beds and bedding for 34 students in order to accept the students on the waiting list. A playground was also installed so all 134 children can play in a safe and fun environment.
