Araks Village Kindergarten Beds, Bedding, Furniture, & Playground

Araks (Armenian: Արաքս) is a village in the Armavir Province, located 26 km from Yerevan. It has an estimated population of 1,850 residents living in 350 households, with agriculture and farming as the primary sources of livelihood. The village has one school serving 120 students from grades 1 to 12, and a kindergarten that accommodates 60 children.

The kindergarten operates 11 months of the year and had undergone renovations, including the installation of heating. However, it previously lacked essential furniture and beds, which were later provided to ensure year-round operation. Additionally, the kindergarten’s outdated and rusted playground equipment was replaced, creating a safer and more enjoyable outdoor space for the children.
