Hrazdan has four kindergartens, including Kindergarten #4, which serves 120 students. In 2022, a request for beds, bedding, and furniture was submitted to FCN, and the kindergarten was later renovated, creating four fully furnished classrooms. The total project cost was $20,000, with $5,000 allocated per classroom.

Additionally, after the renovation, a request was made to FCN for a playground to provide children with a safe and enjoyable space. This project was successfully completed at a cost of $6,000, ensuring the kindergarten now has a proper play area for its students.
